LSD For H series diff

Pic from a japanese site, ones on the left look like a H145, and the one bottom right looks larger and maybe a H150/165 carrier but dont know for sure.
Also had this info:
H145=12kg, H150=14kg, H165=18kg |

I'd love an H165 lsd, but they probably cost more than my motor!
