dont know what i did to the last pic but have lightened this one up a bit.
dodgeman ... thanks for your concern, checked the air flow with a bit of paper and its blowing through the rad into the engine bay

reverse the bades and the fan polarity = fan still sucks air from the front of the car and pushes it through the radiator
as opposed to suking air from the engine bay and pushig it through the rad as in the original pulsar setup.

Ahhhh, you didn't mention the polarity thing before. That will reverse the direction of rotation, & turning the blades around on the shaft will return the fan to the optimised position. Smart move.

Hi. I just thought I'd add my two-cents worth.
For starters, good lookin' install! Shoud work great!
My only concern for you is that you should hook up a diode somewhere in the power side of the wiring. I've heard from some racers that if you drive fast, the wind rushing through the front of the car can make the blades spin faster than the maximum fan motor RPM , causing current to reverse and cause problems.
I have an electric fan on my car, but I'm not sure if it's fast enough to worry about this problem!
Just something to think about...
