Here's the first one. Once it's lowered (and painted) it'll look better. All steel just pumped out, about 3cm. Sorry for the crap cell phone pic.

Looks good. Very subtle.
How do you do this? Do you slice the fender, flare it out and fill in the gaps?

looks good, and I love the wheels.
but if you lower it, I just wonder how stiff it will have to be not to scrub?

I'm not driving it much right now so that's why I started this project.

We had 400 lbs of friends sit on the tailgate to see what it would be like at the bumpstops and it cleared ok. I took a pic but it turned out pretty crappy.

There is none... since I bought the new ute I've been spending all my free time on it and with my new job there isn't much free time to spend. I've got it almost completed though, so I should have time soon. I'd like to finish the flares and throw rego on it so I can drive it again soon.
