 Re: Fender flare No I'm more of an apprentice... I'm being taught how to do it on my own truck so that's cool. First the spot weld need to be cut then the outer sheet needs to be stretched quite a bit. We welded about 2 cm of extra metal to the end of the existing outer sheet then got it where we wanted it, re welded the inner and outer sheets together then formed the lip again and cut off the little bit of excess we had. A little body filler and primer and there it is. Fronts should be a lot easier as there's only one layer.
