This is a Datsun North America option. The hubcap was a DX-style in JDM, while the high-line GL cap was fitted standard to american Deluxe 2-dr sedans. Go figure. The text says:

Standard equipment on the 1200 coupe. This smartly style deluxe hub cab is available as an option for the 1200 sedan. Hub cap has radial-spoked styling with slots around the circumference to aid in brake cooling.
