I am not sure if this is a serious question or a piss take. but if you are new to Datsun modification then do some research on this site and others and you will see that twin 40's are very common on A series engines. A cam, headers and some mild head work and you will have a nice little driver

no worries. you will encounter problems fitting them under the bonnett. will depend on wether you want carbs poking thourgh your bonnett. personaly i would swap them for side draughts. mind you you only need 2 more for a V8. now that would be a cool 1200

Here is a setup similar to what you will need to do. Seem to fit, but he custom made the manifold from the sounds of it, and he's got a hood scoop.

SICK! then you could have a turbo hanging out the bonnet as well......... Or a supercharger sitting on top of them

I dont know all that much about turbos but I wouldn't reckon it would work too well. diesel turbos are really small, designed to spool up at low revs (1500-3500)
