A Neo SR20 wont go into a 1200 RWD you have got no chance apart from some very extensive and tricky machining work....good luck.

Sorry not going in a datsun i was just using it to ask about changing a fwd engine to rwd. it seems that the red thing to the left of the engine is a engine mount if so when you put it in a rwd fashion is it needed?????

No, you'd have to support the engine from the sides, but not sure there are provisions for mounts on the side of these blocks.
