It's hard to pick, but if that is a vinyl floor covering, then it would be a standard. If these are like 1000's, then DeLuxe models would have carpet.

that gearknob isnt standard is it?.. and that window heater switch hanging below the dash?

The switch below the dash is the optional rear-window defrost switch. I've seen it once or twice.

The gearshift knob is not stock. But I recently realized that 1973 models have a shorter, thicker gearshift lever.

Deluxe models in North America are different from Deluxe models in Japan. NA DX models had carpet on the tunnel and mats on the floor.
