The callipers are off a JD Camira. Not sure about the discs.

I run the same Calipers on my 1000, what disc did you use and how did you mount it, what hub did you use?

I used a Telstar vented disc, machined up an Aly front hub to hold it and an Aly caliper bracket that bolted on the front of the stub and utilised all four bolts. The std Camira brake line is JUST long enough when on full lock at full droop...

To be completely honest I dont know much about it. I asked the guy that built it, and he said he ended up trying about 7 different discs before he found one that fitted nicely. Alot of machining has gone into it though.

I dont think that the hole does anything.

The hole was used with the original drum brakes and is now not required. Hence why it isn't used
