Hello ALL
I want to obtain this.
I want to know a genuine part-number?

This "Datsun 1200" mark goes on the back of the sedans:
84822-H1600 EMBLEM-'DATSUN 1200' TRUNK LID (SEDAN)
This is out of stock in the USA. But sometimes they are for sale on eBay (new old stock).

Too Intense Restoration also sells them:

Too Intense Restoration. Being rare in USA, the prices are accordingly.

Note that coupes have a non-cursive emblem:
84822-H1856 or 84822-H1806 EMBLEM-'DATSUN 1200' TRUNK LID (COUPE)

Are these still available from Nissan in Portugal or Australia?

I take it the part # is no good in the U.S. system?

If that's the case, then that 2intense guy must be getting these from Canada.

More likely he has a stash of them bought previously. Or is getting them out of Europe.

Our Canada parts dealer (Ericksen Nissan) said they couldn't get them. Also Pinnacle Nissan here in USA told me the same thing...

ddgonzal-san
Only one parts# was able to be used.
It reached when ordering to Japanese Nissan.

Last week I tried to order the Sedan part (as listed in the photo here) from Nissan Parts in Japan. I was told it was not available.

Was it the coupe emblem that was able to be ordered?

By the way, I bought two sedan emblems from South Yokohama. They came in a Nissan box.

They are sold "new old stock" on eBay for around $40-$60 USD.

I Australia you can probably find used one in a junkyard, but not here in USA, which drives the price up.

The original ones are metal, the new ones are plastic.

84822-H1600 EMBLEM-'DATSUN 1200' TRUNK LID - Sedan. List Price $16 USD
