Low screen 2000, very cool car, rego LSR 311, its an SP311 but "land speed record" is a pretty bold statement.

Its funny how everybody loves Fairladys and aspired to own one. I recon their neat... but nothing too special, gimmie a 240Z over a roadster anyday!

There is a very very neat SR20 one over here, the conversion looks factory! I think it even has the plates 'SR-311'!

KA24? Haha we only got them in Navaras... small utes But you US boys sem to love em.

A Roadster [or any open car] is just a fair weather friend.

As a Fairlady 2000 driver I can vouch that they are a great car, handles like a classic rear wheel drive sportscar should, and with 150HP from the factory it is definately a better performer than a stock 240Z.

Everywhere I go in it people stop and comment on what a beautiful car it is, women and men, I have never got that in any other vehicle that I have owned.

As for fair weather friend, it has a hardtop.

this farilady runs an L20 with a light working over but done properly. it has a full race suspension setup. the colors a yellow tint - about 6 coats and a couple clears over that. the pics don't even come close to doing the color justice.
the owner has 4 or 5 fairladies in varying states .... this ones his weekend playcar, he has a metallic blue one with an L16, twin su's and 15" superlites that his wife drives as a daily, another one in the middle of a rebuild plus one thats a chassis with all new suspension and an SR20DET and 5spd sitting in it ..... his garage is extremely impressive !!!!! he's also got another couple projects on the go as does his son ... his son has an escort rallycar and a soarer that he runs on the track ...

................. hmmmmmm .... yep .... one day
