The distributor cap misses the turbo, turned to both extremes of adjustment. Turbo specs Turbine T3 49.5mm .48 A/R and Compressor T4 Stage 2 58.16mm .50 A/R. More info can be found on http://www.masterpower.com.br/, browse for the automotive turbos under products and it's the very first one in the list. Part no. 810001. It's a bunch of italian guys that opened the factory in Brazil. The machine qquality on these parts are extremely neat, and none of the people I know use these turbo's ever had problems with them...yet...
