Here I made the collector from 32mm inside dia. steampipe. I still have to add the dumpvalve piping to it. Not very simetrical, but the best I could do with a hacksaw and arcwelder. I'm only arcwelding the insides, and also only tack welding to minimise the heat, the outsides I'll have seamwelded with CO2 or TIG.
