Karl, I had a hand in building this beast..it was not a 5 minute job. Apart from the tunnel mods, I built a new crossmember, front struts, narrowed Ford diff and an extensive rollcage which tied the car together. It was completely seam welded on my rottisserie. It has Series 5 RX7 discs, hubs and calipers on the front to match the Ford rear pattern. It still had the leaf springs with radius rods and a watts linkage. The rear shocks were hung off a crossmember welded between the rollchage rear stays. It also had a stainleess steel drop tank. With the blower on it it was a real handful but was a hell of a lot of fun. The car was sold months ago minus the blower to be used in rally sprints but I've heard nothing of it. Without the blower the standard bonnet was fitted and it was the ultimate sleeper...giving more than a couple of WRX drivers a hell of a scare !!!
