I'm not familiar with the term 'ROW'. The two kinds of B210 Bumpers i know about are these
worldwide bumpers
North America safety bumpers
can you post a photo of your B210? How to post a photo
the lights in the grille sounds like a North American B210. I didn't think the 120Y versions had orange grille lights?
