Yes you can set the image display width. When I click photos in your last post I see them full-size (640 x 480 pixels medium size). But they are displayed initially only 300 pixels wide. This was a site decision made back in 2002 when viewing large photos was problematic for small screens and/or slow internet connections
But you can change it
