You could PM travo_6t9. His CA has or had a GT3082 or similar on it.

OHHYEH

You'd want reasonably sized cams and maybe some head work at a minimum. I've had a chat about what I would move to if I wanted to go a bigger turbo and was recommended either a GT3071 or GT3076. Also would depend on what you want out of it.

I reckon it could also mean the following...

"Either the car &/or engine has a major problem & I'm not disclosing what it is."

Or

"Forgot to account for all the ancillary items needed to put monster engine in car so reverting back to stock engine to get car drivable."

Think it sold for around $20k when it was mint. Good to know there's another one in Canberra.

What does the new motor consist of?

Keep us updated on how you go with it, maybe we can round some Canberra guys up for a drive somewhere when the weather gets warmer?
