Tom, Don't you have a quite rare A12 dry sump system that would allow you to do that?

Thanks for posting the KPE10 pix! That clutch/gearbox design looks very much to be inspired by the original Mini Cooper driveline where the gearbox was integrated within the engine oil sump.
Quite clever packaging.
I had assumed that all Nissan FWD drivelines were like the second version.

Amazing...ain't never did hear of such a thing in all my born days!
This was for a spec class of open wheel racer back in the day?
Anyone have any further information on the engine and racing class?
Anyone have a pallet or three of these engines and ancillary bits laying around collecting dust that they'd like to be rid of for a pittance?

Thanks DD! I didn't know there were two different types. I need the short one.

Looking to source a NOS dipstick for my A12. The rubber bit that holds the stick into the block is getting a bit crusty/wobbly on my engine. Anyone? Thanks!

Oh my-what a festival of 1200 goodness. And the price! As that Townshend lad once said "I call that a bargain, the best I ever had."

Now here's something you don't see everyday...a Datsun 510 with an A15 GX powerplant. Let this be a warning to anyone considering tweaking then modding a Datsun...this isn't the route to take.

Seller confirms that roller coupe shell is included. The blue 'roadster' was going to have the cage transferred over to the roller along with all the race bits to re-create a 70's era C Sedan for vintage racing.

A fun vintage race car project for someone who is good with a MIG welder! Looks like it comes with a coupe shell roller for sheet metal purposes.
