Ive never heard of 1200 seats into a 1000 until now.

My friend has a B210 rear seat in his 1200 4 door sedan.
It actually creates more leg room than the 1200 seat.

I love how interchangeable some datsun parts seem to be.

No idea about the seats sorry DD.

I was only talking about the headlight trims.

I do know 120y seats go into a 1000 with some simple adapters etc, and look factory to untrained eyes.Open in new window

Fairly sure theyll fit onto any 1000, just match them up to the grill which suits.

But yes, I believe these are from later model datsun 1000's and full round headlight surrounds being from earlier model variants.

Facebook has definatley slowed down the traffic on forums.

It is instant and it comes to you.

Forums are still superrior for looking up real information, facebook is all replys from random users (good and bad).
I feel forums still have the people who are truly into it, joining a forum takes more commitment than clicking on a Join page button.

Personal opinion... As time goes on there will be less information on facebook from those who did and more from those who have heard.

Cant beat a good wiki page like on here. (info from those who know).

Also, Your price for the head is good.
I just paid that for double valve springs and the seats to suit.

Without 1200.com i wouldnt know how do do the simplest of tasks on my car.

The wiki is amazing.
Facebook is a just another classifieds source for me.

Forums are where the real datsun talk/help/info is at.

Love this site.

I had an issue on my 1200 where it would play up after a thrashing.

For me it turned out to be a sticky float needle.

Fuel level should be half way up the window in the standard carb.

For me, i had inconsistent fuel levels, sometimes empty and other times completley full.

Long shot, but thought id pipe up with a similar issue i had.
