i have monted on my 120y a oil cooler radiator.
the only thing that i buy was the sandwich plate to take the oil out from the engine.
the radiator is from a lancia delta turbo that a friend give me.also i have monted a oil pressure gauge.when the car still do not have the radiator the oil pressure was about 6 bar whit cool engine.after engine runs on normal tempeture the oil pressure drops to 3 bar or less.after the radiator was put in place the oil pressure is 6 bar and drop only to 4bar.never seen less than that.

i belived that you want something like this.
my setup was made by me and does not have any valves or outher sings .just take the oil out to paas on the radiator to cool down and goes back to the engine.no valves no nothing.can see for what purpose.just a radiator ,2 tubes and the sanwich plate.

see the pictures on my profile

hi .on my 120y(b210) i have mounted on the front off the water cooler radiator a oil cooler that i take from a lancia delta turbo.
i buy a "sandwich" to take the oil from the normal circuit to pass by the radiator.this "sandwich" is place betuin the oil filter and the oil pump.it cuts the passage from the oil pump and takes to the radiator and return to the filter and so on.
if i can ,a will take a picture off this assembly and put it tomorow or next time.
the oil runs more cooler and stay more clean and not burned or dark .i have monted this at 5 monthes ago and make more or less 2ooo kms and the oil is clean like new.

on my 120y(b210),i think i was going over the 160kmh but the speedometer only mark 160kmh.the needle was on the vertical posicion away from the 160kmh mark.
whit a mercedes benz E270 cdi i was going at 230kmh once.

hi.tank you for your coment.
i dont now if i can get 2 su cabs from the mini 1000 or the 2 su from the 1300 mini cooper s.
the cooper s is more dificult to get but more efficient (i belived).
i have this idea.change the cab from my 120y to a pair off cabs or a bigger cabs to improve more power, but i have this problem .my 120y is LHD and have the power brake on the side off the carburetor,to use the 1200 sss su cabs i have to remove the power brake or come out whit a solucion and doesnt seem very easy.
