In the interest of keeping another day on the road, I'm sending a fork to our UK comrade.
Before sending,can anyone advise if the bearing carrier and retaining spring are common to hydraulic and cable operated clutches?

No it's not a 60 smooth 4sp
It's a smooth case with 56A cast on the side
Unusual, slightly rare but not real valuable.

My 1000 hose was split too so I just used about 300mm of standard heater hose in a loop without kinks. Worked a treat!
