I saw a diagram about this some years ago, but just ran across some photos from a C20 Cherry Cab/Sunny Cab minivan

1970 A10 engine featured a single sidedraft carburetor Mikuni BS32 and was mated to a column-shift 3-speed

Looks like a standard A10 aside from the manifolds. Same fan, alternator, oil pan(?), etc.
