Yep:
* $1500-$2500 ITB setup for A14 Weber DCOE manifold
or
* Nissan A14E factory EFI manifold

Nothing else comes to mind that doesn't involve messing around.

EFI hardware does some awesome efi set-ups, a couple of fellow members have them, but they'll set you back a couple of grand but they are well worth it!

Yes that should work. Just use all the Nissan parts, wiring harness and ECU box, all the sensors, etc. Should run OK.

The Datsun Silvia S110 setup has been used on all kinds of Datsun four-cylinder engines.

You shouldnt have any problems using the complete Nissan EFI setup, hardest part is making a manifold, but thats not to hard, we used a standard datsun inlet manifold and cut and shut that to suit the Nissan plenum chamber.
Ive currently got a 1600cc daihatsu charade setup on my road 1200 without any problems, We also used a Camira setup on the old sunny rally car.
