Can anyone recommend a size or a specific model car who's car cover fits a Sedan pretty good?
I just don't want one that's too big that sags all over the ground.

In USA, the smallest size generally works. I would call the manufacturer and ask their specific recommendation.

A 2007 Mini cover is too wide, but the right length. 2006 Mini is too short.

Ok, so I went the cheapy route.
They had covers at Costco, the smallest size was Medium, for about $30. Item #347994.
I figured, worst case senario, I could trim it to fit. If it was too small I could cut it up and make covers for the rototiller and lawnmower.

Advertised Dimensions: 178"/452cm L, 64"/162cm W, 45"/114cm H

Here is a pic on my 2dr sedan. It's a bit loose, but doesn't touch the ground.

be careful that the cover flapping in the wind doesnt scuff your paint
and also that it doesnt trap moisture underneath it..
