Hi I'm new. I just bought a '72 Datsun LB110. Came with allot of cool stuff. I paid $750 US for it then put another $700 into it just to get it running. I'm rebuilding the transmission right now. However I'm have a really hard time finding parts, like the fender mirrors are plastic. Anyway I found a Datsun B210 parts car for sale and I was wondering if it would have any parts I could use or should I not bother? I'll get pics as soon as I can. Thx

Congrats on your purchase. Got any pics?

Yes, the B210 is a great parts donor if you need running gear parts: Engine, transmission, driveshaft, axles, wheels, etc.

For body/interior parts, little interchanges.

Ecology auto wrecking has a 1200, and some B210/B310 parts like the transmission which fit into 1200s. Also pick-a-part is a good place.

1200s didn't come with fender mirrors in US, so you'll have a hard time finding replacements. You can buy the door mirrors and rear-view mirror brand new from Nissan.

Thx everybody. I do have pictures and I will post them soon. And the B210 was actually a 77. I looked at it today and it wasn't that great so I'll keep looking for something closer to what I have.

Nice to see another US 1200 on here. Nice how you're just over in AZ. I'm just up in Las Vegas.

Yes they are. I didn't have them money at the time to get authentic looking fender mirrors. They don't look bad though. Maybe I'll change them, maybe I won't. Haven't decided yet.
