60-series 4-speed plus other 120Y bits into 1200, how?

I'm going to be putting a 60-series 4-speed behind an A12 in my grey 1200 sedan. It has an auto transmission tunnel and a late model 120Y BW diff in it.

Are the auto mounting points the same position as the 56-series 4 speed?

When doing a 60-series-4-speed-to-56-series-4-speed swap in a standard 1200, do the transmission mounts need to be moved/modified like in the 60-series 5-speed swap? And does the tailshaft need to be swapped or will it work in the 60-series (length, spline tooth count)?

What tailshaft could I use to suit the length of the late 120Y BW diff, late 120Y BW diff yoke pattern (same tailshaft mounting pattern as H150 I assume? Its bigger pattern than H165 and H145 AND the early model BW diff), and 60-series transmission? Or would it require a custom made shaft?

the auto tunnel mounts are 6inches further back, some of the boxes have a mounting point here as well, not sure on 60 series 4 speed, but the 5 speed does

120y bw diff flange nothing like h150- not sure on the 5speed input shaft but length might be an issue as I think 5speed uses slightly shorter shaft

56- and 60-series use the same tailshaft -- both 4 and 5 speeds.

The gearbox mounts are same 60-series 4-speed and 5-speed.

I went from 3N71B to F4W60L in the original Defect (120Y), used a modified auto crossmember, mount reversed, and the mounting points cut off
and replaced with flat steel plate and redrilled to suit... modified the exhaust hanger position and mounted the gearbox there as with the Auto mounts the mounting points are too far forward

The rubber isolator is the same Auto (B310) vs 60-series, different spec rubber is all (one is softer)

Well someone should update the tech wiki because there is a photo of a "H150" tailshaft-diff-yoke flange which is bigger than the H145/165 one and appears to be the same size as the late model 120Y sedan BW flange.

I've got 1 tailshaft with the correct ends, of unknown origin. Comparing a 1200 ute H165 shaft and giving -20mm allowance for the extra pinion to axle centreline length of the LMS 120Y BW diff compared to H145, the shaft is about 20-30mm too long.

I'll measure up the yoke mounting patterns on my H145, H165, and LMS 120Y BW diffs, can someone do the same for a H150 so someone can update the wiki with all the sizes?

I bolted what I guess is a standard 1200 56a mount (found it amongst a box of spare bits and pieces) into the auto tunnel.

racer135, since you have the parts, where are the photos???

H145 is smaller bolt pattern than H150/H165 flange. I've got all three here. The flange size varies, but the bolt pattern is what's important.

What do you want photos of, and from what angle/s?

Both the H165's I've got have the same flange pattern as the H145 I've got.

I'll try do it on thursday evening.
