Instrument Panel Lighting problem

I have problem with the Instrument Panel lights. The around lights.i removed comletely the dashboard and the green cups from the back, and now these seven bulbs not working.why? HELP!!!

The common factor for all seven is the Earth/Ground -- the gauge assembly must be bolted into place, with the bottom tab bolted to the metal dash frame.
