I want to get some all chrome Bumpers bars but they don't come with the mounting brackets will I be able to get them to fit close like they are on the car in the picture.
The 2nd picture is what mine look like

I chopped up my bumpers so they sit close to the body.took 40mm out of the width and 30mm of each side.but I made custom brackets and painted them.not a real easy job but result is much better

Make sure that the weather is suitable for painting. Remember keep the distance between sprayer to the car body. If not, the paint will come out in large clumps. Don't rush the preparation work. Get it smooth and straight before you paint the car. These are just some few tips on painting a car.
