has proper large tires. the wheels say "CROCO" on them

looks like H20 engine? And the body appears to be two plastic wheelbarrows end-to-end, with a steel subframe, but is actually two steel tubs

It was designed by TAG as the CROCO amphibious vehicle and was originally powered by NSU rotary engine. TAG Group is a belgian company that later purchased Heuer the swiss company Heuer (TAG Heuer). TAG Group also owns Mclaren. But first they made the CROCO

Thats a crazy background reference there DD, brings a smile to think
the Big Mac in Automotive industry went after this load of croc! :)
Love the last green one with independent rear LOL

Funny they chose the heaviest duty L4 gasoline engine from Nissan
rather than a lower height ohv engine like a Ford essex V4 or sidey
like the compact Continental range like a CN F126 or F163.
Then room could be had for the legs of back seat passengers :)
