Do they need to be perfect, or can you use some mildly dinged ones? I can go see if there are still some at a nearby wreckers. But the freight would still be the same, might as well keep waiting for new ones.

No they dont have to be perfect. At this point,I have not been able to find anything at all. This is a drag race car,so a couple small dings wouldnt bother be too much.If you get a chance, see how much they want for the pair. Thanks alot,Jason!

I've been looking for this post. Damn, they get buried fast!
The coupe bumpers are medium to medium well bent. They want 25USD+core each. I think they are not worth it. Because, a body shop friend said they'd cost approx 250USD each to restore. Plus shipping would prob be the best part of 100USD.
They would straighten out enough for viewing from 30+ feet with an hour or so of reworking.
I'd like to post pics, but me & posting pics here have never gotten along.
You might just get them cheaper REPRO new from AU or Asia.
I hope this helps.

Mat,
Do you have a chrome shop in Mexico? I need my rear bumper straightened and haven't looked into it as of yet.

I'm not opposed to heading South for a bit of debauchery and chrome

And maybe some little thang....chrome off a trailer ball...etc

But then there's that whole case of 'rust' to worry about.

It's Jason in Ohio that wanted the bumpers.

I have a pair of bumpers. You buy the ride and you can have them. I will get some pics. They are not perfect by any means. You be the judge, It may take a few days to do so, but I will get some pics up for you.

I ship almost daily too!
