If that box says 'H1000' then that's JDM instead of North America (USA/Canada). See differences at Front Combo LampsAttach file:

For oval-port A14/15 (doesn't fit GX, doesn't fit 5-speed A14/A15 heads) looks like the Cannon 821 single DCOE oval port
