Looks like an Aussie B120, even the GX hubcaps are similar to 120Y units

Except that is, for the unmistakable South Africa canopy. Earlier this month I saw a place a few miles from my house is selling them

Also note the Free State number plates, although it was advertised out of Vanderbijlpark, Guateng province
