You can put the A12 dizzy in the A15. All you have to do is swap the adjustment plate from the A15 dizzy to the A12 dizzy. You will need to file out the slot on the A15 adjustment plate a small amount to get it on the A12 dizzy.

The wiki shows a slightly different way to fit the adjustment plate. Actually, you will be doing the opposite of what the wiki shows- you will be removing material on the inside of the slot to allow for the smaller 1200 dizzy.
