Does anyone know the minimum required sleeve thickness for a boosted application?
eg. can I get away with 3mm thick sleeves.

Ive measured 8mm spacing on the ca18de block and 13mm spacing on the ca16de
block between bores and some forums suggest 84mm is the largest safe bore size.

However 84mm would mean only 6mm are left between each bores.

I would like 87mm bores but would mean I need to offset 1 and 4 outwards
for 2 and 3 to make that size.
