A better question would be: Who wouldn't want to own a street legal 13b turbo 1200? But then nobody really cares about the answer. Either you like the idea or you don't.

I'd love to own a street legal Nissan Rotary Engine turbo 1200.

Never cared for the rotary motors, myself. I was around in the 70's when they first hit the market, and I guess they left a bad impression on me. Similar to the Chevrolet Vega who's motors would go bad right after the warranty period.
