hey pplz i was wondering witch engine is the fastest out of the A- range and witch one is easyest to mount into a 1200 apart from the A-12 and how many L- series motors did thay make and the names and wat motors were put in datsuns from about the time the first datsun was built and to the time it was transfered over to nissan l8r pplz

a-14 or a-15 fastest
both equally as easy to put in, (it is easy)
L-14,L-16,L-18,L-20
L-14 rare
heaps of datto engines, fwd's ect.ect.
best engine coversion for 1200 would have to be ca18det out of silvia though
the majority of interesting dattos are here with pictures ect.

thanx for the help now i just gota track down weather to get va ute or a coupe and i was told after a certain modle 1200 ute the A-14 and A-15 bolt just strait in i think it was after 1980 corect me if im wrong i think i got it of this sight i no it was an A- engine and i no it wasnt the A-12
