for start maybe a good tune
then extractors, cam if you got time A14 head
that should make the twin run good

then maybe dizzy swap to electronic
or drop an A14 with twin webers

Nothing "has" to be done, just bolt em on, maybe a fuel pressure regulator and its nice to get a dyno tune by someone who knows about Webers.

If its twin Hitachis just bolt em on make sure there is oil in them, any minor adjustments and off you go.

Yeah thanks guys. I'm getting ready to start my RAI (Rotational Air Induction) experiement (See Here). Twin 40's would really put some ants in the A12's pants.

I am keen to see the pics of what you come up with,I would have thought the twin Weber setup a bit difficult to do an RAI on.

Will you be doing four mini RAIs?

I would love to see a massive ram air setup in a Webered Datto, has anyone here ever tried to make one with like a foot square front mounted intake?

It's just a case of getting 2 hyclones, making 2 "teapots" (the round airbox type things) following my design and adjusting the size to fit, 2 bits of flexy tube and 2 pod filters near the front to get cold air.
