Do trx wheels with high profile tyres fit straight on to standard coupe struts and rears?
Or do you need spacers and if so how many mil?

195 is about as big as you can go without scrubbing the leaves on the rear. they dont fit on the front. I personally wont use spacers unless they are bolt on adapters. they increase risk of snapping wheel studs. that would be a shame to drop that coupe onto the ground and slide it into a gutter or something going 100 kays in the opposite direction. And you wont be covered by insurance.
