seen these for sale in zoom ads (in every issue)

they regulate the amount of air going in like injection does fuel supposedly

my bro-in-law got a brochure once on what they are but it didnt say much

wondering if anyone knows how they work or anything else bout em like how good they are, the cost bout $600
