http://www.swmotorsport.com.au/he sells 38mm Exhaust valves for L series engines, I don't know if that would be any help though, those valves you have are pretty special by the sounds of the radical sizes

You have the email of the shop?
They dont have it on the site.
Do you know if the cams they have to sell are made of the original ones?
Thanks again

Maybe there is something easier for you. Some years ago a friend told me it was possible to put VW Golf GTI inlet valves in a-series cylinder heads. They should come from the first series Golf GTI,with the 1600cc engines.I managed to borrow a valve(supposedly from that type of engine) just out of curiosity, and I could almost make it fit.It was 38mm dia.,length was ok,stem dia. was ok,but I couldn't push it in completely because the stem became wider too soon. This would be a problem easily solved by modifying the valve on a lathe,or by shortening the valve guides (as my friend told me he did).I cannot guarantee the type of VW engine these valves come from,I was only told it came from a 1600cc Golf GTI.I just know it didn't need much to fit!!I am sure there are some VW enthusiasts that could help you in Portugal,as this should be easier and cheaper than special valves.I am sorry I didn't investigate this further in the past, but I had no need for it at that time,so......Can't help you with the exhaust, maybe someone else has an idea for this?
