Hey,
I know you are all probably sick of beaing asked about how the ebay panels fit. But i would really like to speak to anyone who has put these panels on a sedan. I am tossing up buying front guards, doors and a bonnet. But its a lot of money if they arnt gonna fit!

Any info would be much appreciated

i have just put two new front gaurds, bonnet and a front apron on. like any thing they are not as good as the original panels but if you are careful spend some time fitting them up im very happy with the result. i will try get you a picture up if you like, front aprons are also not very hard to fit i found it real easy.

but hey thats what you get when you crash into some one.

this is what i paid for the panels.

gaurds - $66 each
bonnet - $120
front apron - $ 60

it worked out reasonably cheap for the gaurds and bonnet because i had the old man pick them up from melbourne when he was down there. but the apron cost me a bit to get sent down.

i reckon if you are going to do it get all the panels of the same bloke and get them shipped all together. there is a bloke on ebay that sells them all quite reguarly and is really good to deal with.

james.

Ive been watching KDOGG do up his mates 1200 sedan(the green 'P-NUT' in his album) and they are a close fit but not 100% perfect. But i guess if you muck around and get it all right you wouldnt notice.

i have found that the bolts on the back of the gaurd behind the door at the top dont quite line up a lil touch with the die grinder should fix this, but this could also have to do with the fact that the front of my car moved 15mm in the crash, had it pulled out by a mate who is panel beater and its square again but you cant always get everything right in the time providied.
