no not much just exhaust needs to be upgraded, engine mount adapter bars, some ange iron will do, just cut two 6 inch lengths and sit the engine in the bay bolted to your box then while the engine weight is supported by the lifting tackle just measure the distance between the mounts and crossmember then drill holes in the angle iron accordingly and bolt the angle iron to the mounts and the crossmember, easy job mate don't stress too much

There is an outline in the Datsun 1200 Encyclopedia: Engine Swaps. Click the links and pictures related to A14 swaps.

It is very nearly a bolt-in. If you get the exhaust out of the A14 car, that might bolt in as well (it did for me, sedan-to-sedan).
