Hey,

Whats the best torque settings to use when rebuilding an A12.

Mine has 10.5 comp, balanced, relieved pistons .75mm over.

Higher clamping force on the head is better ... but I believe the limiting factor is mainly in the design strength of the head bolts.

Here are the factory specs for head bolt torque:

A12 early 33-36 ft-lbs
A12 late 40-43
A13 51-54
A14 51-54
