I believe that they are very similiar, think the 200b ones may be a tad shorter and the caliper bolt spacing is different (commodore calipers will fit on 180b struts and toyota 4 pots will fit on 200b struts). Also early 180b have a smaller stub axle which may limit a hub/disc upgrade/upsize so you are better off with later model ones.

Couldn't of said any better my self....

pretty sure 200B calipers are bigger!!
And I didn't no commodore's fitted 180B's...
