I finished off the wiki page about Datsun results at Bathurst (1965 - 1981).

Has anyone got any photos that we could line up to each year? - As that would be really cool.

Question of wiki on results for 1975
I read somewhere that the D.R.T
1200 coupe was driven by
Bonhomme/Leighton and the D.R.T 120y
was driven by Evans/Stewart???

I just noticed that the wiki wiki - the original overall one I mean has got Bathurst results on it too! They seem to back up the ones on our 1200 wiki. Seems to be no mention of a Datsun 120Y at Bathurst, and Evans in the winning 1200.

Yeah you can see that clearly on the program. Car 61 Bill Evans, Bruce Stewart - Datsun 120Y Datsun Racing Team, and Car 68 Roger Bonhomme John Lieghton Datsun 1200 Coupe Datsun Racing Team.

The results say Evans, Stewart Datsun 1200 - 15th, and 1st in class A, and no mention of a 120Y (even as a DNF). The original wiki says the same thing too.

Maybe the 120Y pulled out before the race started and Evans/Stewart drove the 1200 Coupe?

I wonder if anyone can remember back that far and tell us for sure?

Found a pic of the Bonhomme, Leighton 1200 Coupe...but haven't found any Bathurst results that mention their name?

interesting, that 68 car pictured was supposed to be driven by Bonhomme/
Leighton as per the entry list so i don't know? Very interesting to know what
actually happened on the day but-anyone?

I imagine if someone was really keen and contacted the Baturst museum we might be able to get an answer....
