No Auto choke Pretty sure the switch was just once a kill switch. We have removed a lot of those toggle type switches but it was starting back then and we only removed one since its been apart and that was a switch wired to the starter motor that was like a back up one for the ignition.

it cranks but no start or it dont crank?
have you got 12v wire to the dizzy?(that gets me all the time) you SURE the keybarrel aint rooted?

Hey man. Yeah it cranks and was starting but as i said at first had to hold the key between on and start. Now just turns over and over.Well the funny thing is the previous owner installed a toggle switch to the starter cause it wouldnt always kick over. we removed all that to try and minimise the mess and make things easier to diagnose in future.

Didnt touch dizzy leads or plugs just checked them all and tied them all neatly have untied them all now to try and find the weak link some wires have like 4 joins in them not my doing might go around and replace them with one wire straight through

Nah its all good mate might go see the wreckers tomorrow or just wait for PIGDOG to send me the other one. Hate set backs.
