Can anyone run down the correct ignition timing procedure, step by step for a stock A14? The tech section on this is somewhat vague. It says 10 degrees BTDC, but is that Static, at idle speed, at 2000 Rpm? I've got a timing light, but don't know the procedure. anyone??

Good question. Yes, it is static, and at idle. For all cars, it is checked this way.
