Its just pulled the old rainless thunderstorm trick over here... well thunder later they recon so its 30 and humid as hell! Give me a nice dry 40deg day over this anyday!

Makes me not miss driving the 1000 around in summer like i used to when it was the daily! Ive been spoilt with all the mod cons!

It's still raining up here in Nth Qld, just not as heavy but were down to isolated showers now, but the humidity is still too freakin high!

I remember getting out at my old depot in Cloncurry at 6:30pm and it was still 46 degress!

42-46! The record high temp in Seattle (downtown) is only 36 (96F). When I bought that B310 at the towing co. auction and drove it home it was 34 degrees, and the A/C didn't work. Why did I buy that car!

But I have been in 46 degree in California. Come to think of it, 46 with low humidity felt less hot than 36 with medium humidity...at least in the shade. I remember thinking "this isn't too hot", then leaned over the engine to tighten the extractor bolts...

yeah when the rains goes its gonna be alot more humid cause of the moisture in the ground, by the way how is all the little towns doin round the area, has all the water receded???
