I need a decent rear bumper for my 73, new maybe?? it has different mount brackets then the 72 due to US safety standards applied in 73. I dont care that much about the year as I'll make brackets that'll work, I just want a bumper, anyone got one they want to sell & ship to the US for me?

thanks, evan

Are they the same as the 4 door sedan?

Front bumpers are all the same: Coupe, sedan, wagon and ute.

Coupe, sedan and wagon Rear bumper differ.

Hey edp, keep in mind that the rear bumper is three-piece, the end-caps are separate. So you could get a center and ship it via USPS for cheap.

Coupe:
notch for license plate

Sedan:
light for license plate

Wagon:
smooth

The end-caps are the same coupe/van/sedan, but are left & right units.

I haven't gotten an exact quote but when I checked I could likely get the oem bumper re-chromed for approx $350.

Dats13, is yours for a 73 & is it a new OEM or aftermarket? Thanks David, I'd forgotten about the 3 piece setup, I know I have at least 2 good corners so if anyone had a decent center only that'd work out great too.

I'd do a little more price shopping myself. I had my 4-pc sedan bumper rechromed for $240. I'd look specifically for a bumper shop. They can straighten almost anything no matter how bad they are.

The same shop did my old Coupe rear bumper, and it was really bad when I took it to them. It looked like new when I got it back.
