here are some shots of wiring harness and new fuse box.note that the whole wiring harness for rear end inc fuel pumps lights blinkers run in the one 7 guage wire the only things left to do is run battery, starter motor cables under the car

7 core wire runs whole car and is easily hidden wiring harness for headlights and blinkers will run through the inner gaurds the only wires that will be seen are for the coli packs

car is now all wired up everything except engine harness as i am having 2 harnesses in car 1 for body, other for engine.had to alter the roll cage didnt like the way it was in the back. used toyota hilux blinker and wiper switch for a classy look with hilux wiper motor for the intermedin wiper speed.the body starts getting carved back on monday and should be in colour very soon.cant wait

well i know its off topic but this is the reason i have paused on the datto for a while.I have started apprenticeship 4 moths ago and i bought another resto project a genuine vl berlina turbo 140000ks 3rd owner all original and it needed new paint so in 17 days from start to finih bare metal respray 1st photot of both my vls berfore berlina was painted

Yet another dreamer bites the dust...so sad these things are started and never completed.

this thread reminds me of that dude that put all the effort into trying to finish that pink ute a couple years ago and never got there.
some nice work has gone into this coupe, aswell as alot of nice parts
